I purchased two 5 packs of chicken maggi noodles for $4 for myself and cam. (woolies)

although atm coles is selling a packet of mi goreng (packet, not individual) for like 1.40 something. get your hands on em while they're hot ^_^. they normally sell out when they're not on sale so.. just letting you guys know =] (only applies in australia btw lol)

I still prefer the Korean kind. <$1/pack if you know where to look. (I can get them for almost free sometimes, familyfriends who work asian grocery store, yeah)

yeah well.. cameron and i both work at coles!!!, infact my bf is a manager at another coles, and kazz also works at another coles. lols not like we steal or anything... but atleast we know the sales ^_^ (and staff discount etc).

Geh, I would've liked working at coles, or any other large supermarket/retail chain. Right now im tossing between finding a full time related to what I studied OR study more, throwing in there wasting time sleeping in and whatnot.

Don't suppose there're any positions open? lol I'd imagine they're all full from the intake of christmas casual>casual/PT.

i think the whole coles crew are technika/ddr players, my friend felix (dj azure, but offline only) works there and just started up technika, and by the looks of it everyone else plays there too, even the managers

Kazz appreciates his "free" lunch at coles so he normally comes late to city because of that "free" lunch.. other reason is him playing his ps3 >.> he lives like 10 mins away from city (by car)

@sticks - wells it's a matter of luck and the mood of the managers if you come in with your resume. or you can apply online with three priority stores of your choice and see how that goes... it's not bad pay, and there's plenty of departments you can be interested in. and for the while you're applying for your degree based job, there's no harm in earning some beans at coles =D there's also high staff turnover, because most of them are international students/workers so.. if it's our store you wanna work at (world square) just keep applying really.
