Anybody up for one round of mahjong ?

I got 2 different ways -
1) the "i dont give a shit" way
- your own flower - 10c
- animal - 10c
- 4 (kang) - 20c
- Game (hu) - loser 40c , the other 2 20c
- Self-Game (zi mo) - all 40c
- No such thing called tai .

2) "tai" way
- normal . 1 tai 10c .
- exponential pay ? (e.g 5 tai = $1.60) or normal (e.g 5 tai = 50c)
- got max tai ?

somebody has to sacrifice his/her place too . my place cant ton cuz i only have one mattress and one sofa available .

Sign for Japanese Mahjong. No overnighters cause my father's in SG. Unless its a stayover.
I have mahjong table at home but my father opposes to mahjong sooooo... yea... if want to play than must be at most after 2 weeks.

japanese mj for me.. and as u all know japanese mj has a total max tai of 13, so playing it with money would mean.. hell lots of it.. so I would actually suggest the normal way bah.. which means stick to ur suggestion ice, 5 tai or more, stick it with 50cents, cos.. some of us here are actually still schooling or maybe even not working(for eg me not working at all lol, money income very low ah)

actually i would vote for a stayover.. will be better, sad to say my house cannot.. too small plus really not suitable for mj

max tai can be chosen ourselves , if you're wondering . normally most of us go for exponential-5 at most . that was back in the sec sch days when i was pretty active in it .

u could put the max as whatever number as you want , just in case you dun wanna kill the other players .

normal , exponential , whatever .

japanese is hard.. u still gt dora and stuff.. so i dun tink can expo lol.. shd be unlimited n 1 per tai?.

lol...jap can max also...its called...13 tai but pay only 5 tai xD...it works the same way as normal SG mahjong cap what...

I only can play sg mahjong. Epic phail at jap mahjong when i tried it yesterday.

Actually I'm not even sure if this event is confirmed also lol.
And I suggest an overnighter instead cause I wanna celebrate my b-day first. (Mother allows).

I played overnight mj at my friend's house we got 7-8 people in the group(once there's 10), taking turns to play after end of every "nan" wind, my group already more den enough for two tables, add in few more can even play 3 tables, full house or not, as long as rabidus is ok with it I'm still going unless u all dont want me to go

I can call my friends over.. but they will start to ask why no point sticks and why the mj sets got no doras (the red color 5 wans, circles, bamboos)

lol.. rabidus want to go buy the point sticks? mj shop should have but I dunno where XD

I was thinking of using the normal coins as sticks and change the value from thousands to hundreds.
If not possible than no choice have to buy the sticks.
