Sg Organisation Chart

I was thinkin since this is our homeground establish technika group here in sg... we should try to create a main oraganision flow chart...

this is to ensure that we can have a proper ground based establishment for outings... gatherings... planing of events... all lots more to help you guys out with a better welfare in the community

i would like you guys to call a vote or nominate people who you think would like and have the responsibility to take on the role and contribute to the community as much as they can

please do not pick people for their skill but their passion and willingness to comit and help out... this is for your better welfare at sg technika

Leader - Rest - 1 (nominate)

Assistant Leader - Helix - 1 (nominate)

Event/Outing/Gathering Planner - Kyo 1 (nominate)

Human Welfare resource - Dango - 1 Cicada - 1 Ice - 2 (nominate)

Treasurer (nominate)

Roles and purpose:

Leader - to be overall incharge and help out with every asspect in the community

Assistant leader - same as leader bout helping out as an assistant when times go tough

Event/Outing/Gathering Planner - Needless to say... name speaks for itself

Human Welfare resoucre - Besides technika... as a friend to be there to help you out with whatever we can do, to try and bring the mood to the crowd to everyone... interact with new friends and help em out... being what a friend and a real friend it is

Treasurer - collect and keep count of finanaces withing the planning.... calculate with costing and budgets for events outings and gatherings..

i would strongly encourage someone with a passion to help out with the community to join and make everyone have a better life here yeas =)

well sadly... we cant have too many people... unless one day the technika group goes big.... so at the moment... i put you under nomination... gets some votes people

one reminder is that , vote according to what he/she usually do , and not what you feel .

What I think :

Leader - somebody is able to keep the group in track . maintain the committee .
Asst Leader - ^ , may act as secretary as well .
Treasurer - somebody who is really good at saving money .
Event Planner - no brainer . Must consider on the budget as well . *point at treasurer*

This one I need to explain a little further here :
Human Resource - entertainment might be a factor , but it is NOT the most important one . HR is tough job seriously . What I think the part about this ...
1) Entertainment . Honestly , is this important ?
2) Bring in more players , and not freaking scare them away dammit
3) Secretary for meetings , if there is . And I would want at least a summary of ideas from any meetings . I dont want any ideas to drop into dustbin after suggesting . So keep a notebook and pen ready always . I'm just suggestin' .
4) Counselling . I'm serious .

Did committe meetings before , so the definitions are like a rough guideline .

As said , elect the one who you think is the most capable . We wouldnt want sayyy , ran being treasurer or tomoyo being leader . I'll freak out LOL . (i'm just exampling .)

Point 2 is probably the only point I'm not confident about lol... I'll probably scare newcomers with my over-zealousness lol
