@icecold - for myself i try and go as well as i can in blythe, then remember. And aim for as many cools as i can in melody, i'll accept goods when they happen i guess. With melody i'll be on time accept go 1/4 of a beat ahead of how it's supposed to go. I'm not consistent but it helps me get my better scores when i follow this particular order.

i usaully suggest to people to look clips up on youtube and follow on the monitor, or listen to the song and get the beat.

i admit when i first started i was really sketchy, but those late nights watching clips on youtube really does help. And i guess for myself i always hung around kissycat (he played for a solid month before i started). Watching and getting to know the really good players around your local area always helps too =] [personally thats how i got better at DDR]

Agreed.. that song is in my PPlay list and I can't stand after the drum section with fade out >.>

Kano - Is the clapping part the one with 2 pink notes -> 4 pink notes close together then the freeze one? (song-wise, before the Refrain part of the song)

Oh man I remember the harsh days trying to get PP for Oblivion (was one of the beginners who spammed overated songs)
I gave up Popular Play after PPing one song in each stage (Lady made star, Divine Service and Fate).. And after doing Oblivion TP, I find it so easier to PP oblivion PP, the notes didn't make sense to me before..

Like the three note that doesn't follow rhythm followed by two close notes that makes you miss 50% of the time?

Those are my combo breakers for the PP chart, TP still working on (I actually passed Sweet Shining Shooting Star TP Easy first before the PP since I hate the pink note cluster madness)
