| Yay first post!
I don't have the same opinion about playing a set someone else just failed. For example, if I failed something on my play and the person after me played the same set, I would be glad to watch to try and pick up the rhythm so that I can get it next time.
Watching and playing along is almost as good as the real thing.

Same with me. I get the concept and can do it in my head and when I'm not on the machine but as soon as i get on the machine and try it... i fail miserably

He is crazy. 97.8% MAX 300 on SN2. No kidding. i know you reckon that's amazing, but like.. 3-4 people in sydney (I.e. Maccaman [joshua] have aaa'd max 300 numerous times, along with 150 or more aaa's and the rest sdg's (single digit greats). It is a tough song but when you play alot it's what one would aim for... my personal best is like 21 greats fc [just throwing that in btw =]]. if enough people on this forum play ddr/itg or any other music game that's really popular i'd make a forum if there'se any real interest =].

| That's weird, theoretical play works great for me.
It's not so much the actual act of playing along as it is getting familiar with the song and understanding how to get through the hard parts of it. For example, I'm not a great player, but I was able to beat Hexad on my first try because I had seen other people play it and I had an idea of how to do the double repeaters at the beginning.

| A ModBo 4 chip is only $25 it seems, it's just if you don't wanna risk your PS2 due to little/no experience in soldering, slap on an extra $100 for the shop to do it for you. Lol, we can just chillax here, even our resident admin pirates so it's all cool | |

| yeah. don't have any experience in de/soldering.
i wanted to fix my guitar hero controller strum that doesn't work, so if anyone knows who is capable of doing that i'll consider buying the two switches needed.
Dude, this isn't even on topic. Can we get like a list of etiquette rules? (Or is it earlier in the post, i don't lurk much)

| Cards breaking in half would entitle you to a neck broken in half. But it's worth it to see the 'OMG NO' face of whoever was being an arse in the first place | |
